A baby giant weighing seven kilograms has been born by cesarean section to a woman in Kokshetau, Kazakhstan. The mother and the new born a baby girl are both doing fine. An average baby usually weighs 3-3.5 kg (6.6 – 7.7 pounds). An infant up to 5 kg (11 pounds) is considered big. A baby such as this baby girl weighing 15.4 Pounds are classed as giants. A hospital spokesman said a baby weighing 7 kilos is very rare.
